Song of the day: Supersonic by Oasis

I recently just started listening to Oasis and have come to love each and every one of their songs with a passion!  I was always a fan of their hit single "Wonderwall", so I did a little more research on youtube and came across some of their greatest hits, like Supersonic.

Black is the new black

We're expecting a high of 30 degrees celsius this afternoon, which definitely calls for a day in downtown! A couple of friends and I have decided to take advantage of this spectacular weather by walking down the streets of t.o. and even do a little window shopping. My outfit of the day consists of a black h&m laced shawl over a black bando, paired with Gap blue high rise denim shorts. I completed my look with a feathered necklace from forever 21 and a funky over the shoulder bag from Aldo.

Kyle Bracen Interview/Photoshoot

Spotted by Lake Acquitaine in Meadowvale, 21 year old, Kyle Brac’en, sported a casual attire, consisting of cool pieces like a black H&M jacket, a white Harry Rosen V-neck, Grey Boss Orange khakis, a red Esprit belt and grey Timberland boat shoes. He completed his look with bold accessories such as a red Armani watch and black Ray Ban shades.

Define the term “style”: Style is my connection to the urban life of this era. It's my way to express my confidence to others around me and it reflects a minute edge of my personality.

If you could describe your style in one word, what would it be and why? I would describe it as urban class, because not a lot of people have chic/class in this era and tend to follow the current fashion trends. Urban class is more old- school mixed with a hint of freshness.

Where do you enjoy shopping and what do you like to shop for the most? I enjoy shopping anywhere and everywhere, to be honest. However, shoes are my most prized possessions.

Favourite trend at this moment: Sperry top slider shoes

What are you looking forward to wearing this spring? Boat shoes, spring pea coats and skinny khakis.

Most valuable item of clothing: My Robert Graham shirts, because of how detailed the designs on the cuffs and collars are.

Song of the day: M83 by Midnight City

I'd consider music a big part of my life and just refuse to ever get through the day without it.  So, without further ado, I've decided that every day I will produce a "song of the day" post so you guys can get a feel of the different types of music that I listen to, my favourite bands, artists, etc.  At the moment, I'm currently obsessed with the band M83, so I decided to choose one of their songs called Midnight City for the first song of the day post ever.  Enjoy !

A little colour blocking

It's my friend's 21st birthday and a bunch of us are getting together in Sville for a few drinks out on the patio. It's getting hot in this city, but our night's are still refreshing, so I'd settle for the outdoors on any night ! For tonight's event I decided to incorporate a little colour blocking to my outfit with a silk front/cotton back tank tucked into red shorts I purchased in Buffalo last weekend. My outfit has a lot going on already, so I opted for a gold necklace from Wet Seal and a funky black over the shoulder bag from Aldo.
